hi guys justw anted to know if it would be worth it to change my current z270 motherboard  http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-Z270M-D3H-rev-10#kf this one for this Msi m7  https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z270-GAMING-M7.html#productFeature-section with more power phases for better oc at lower voltages it will also match my gtx 1070 gaming x from msi

In terms of OC performance,  no. You may get slightly better OC results, but the performance increase from that will be small and not worth the cost. Whether it's worth the cost for the aesthetics is completely up to you.

If you want to change your case to fit the ATX Mainboard too. (bio says you have a µATX Case). Does you processor speed limit you in any way that you urgently have to overclock it? if not, stay with your board.

That would be a complete waste of money unless you REALLY want to have a 5GHz overclock 24/7, which I still believe would not be worth the price.

the thing is ill be getting the price of the old motherboard discounted from the new one thast why i was also looking into it

If you can return your old mobo for a full refund or in store credit, go for it.
