Need Help With Recent Build

Hey so I recently watched the $150 gaming pc video with 8 cores and so on. So i decided to try it out and orderd up some stuff what i currently have is a intel s5000sl motherboard with daul x5450 cpu at 3ghz and 16gb of ddr2 ram at 667mhz with a roswill 700 watt power supply brand new and 2 dynatron cpu coolers with a temorary old pc 500 gb hdd. I want to know whats the newest os i can put on here liek could it run windows 10? Can I put windows 7 on it for now and upgrade later since 7 is cheap. Also I cant for the life of me figure out how to turn it on since i dont have a case or the interface that comes with one such as the power button haha. Any help would be appreciated sorry for the bad grammer/spelling typed in a hurry. picture before i hooked up everything

to turn it on you would need to bridge the pins for now, in future i reccomend buying a button from radioshack and wiring up that button to the pins

lol no case going to custom build a temporary wood one and what 2 pins do i need to bridge lol thats what i cant figuyre out also does the switch need to be toggle or when they touch once does it stay on like a push button?

awesome thanks but that brings me to my other 2 questions is it like regular power like do i need a toggle switch or like push button switch and also will it run on windows 7?

so next problem the pc is now on the cpu fans are screaming and ev erything seems to be on but the connected monitor i know works is not displaying anything

aslo the mouse and keboard are not powered on connected to the 2 front usb ports

I am going to try and replace the cmos battery adn then reseting the cmos to see if that starts this sucker up otherwise does that mean the motherboard is bad?
