WHICH ONE IS THE BEST AMONG THIS TWO COMPONENT THAT I LIST HERE? HELP ME, I'M ON LOW BUDGET FOR OFFICE PC. I'M NOT HARD GAMERS. 3 PHOTO FROM 2ND COMPONENT, LAST PHOTO FROM 1ST COMPONENT.

 

1ST COMPONENT

I'm old, but even I don't know enough about this hardware to give a valid opinion.

Maybe if you could figure out the first builds GPU it would help?

What Athon 64 X2 did the first build have? There were a load of these, it must have a model number of sorts.

And how about this specs, give me some comment, confused thinking which is best for the low end pc.

Can't get the name of the CPU model? It's hard to compare without a model name.
