HELP-strange HDD unreadable

Hello, sorry for my bad english.

 

I have a 1TB hdd wdc 2,5". It has 2 partitions inside.

 

yesterday, suddenly the hdd is unreadable.

The partition 1 (D) can accessed but very slow data, and Partition 2 (E) is totally unaccesable. There's no errors when i tried to click partition 2, but it kept loading, made explorer hang.

I tried with easeus data recover, it kept loading never end.

Your drive most likely has developed bad sectors and will need to be imaged on data recovery hardware. I suggest you contact a data recovery company in your area. A software program like EaseUS is not going to help you, this is a hardware problem.

 

There are some DIY options, but I don't suggest them if the data is important.
