Connection problem

Ok, so during my finals,my parents somehow restricted my mobile connection through the router so i can focus on studying.Whatever,the point is,the guy who changed the settings is out of reach,my question being:Does anyone know how i can change it back ( other phones like iPhone and note 4 connect but my ps4 and my huawei y6 don't help)

p.s. I can't find the manual,i know its essential,can i find it online?

If they're just not allowed to connect, he may have set up a MAC filter list to prevent your devices from connecting. Removing them from the list would fix it.

The router should have a default password and username on it.  If not, find the manual online.

Once you are inside, using the "ip" access also on the card. 

Navigate to the appropriate setting that allows bandwidth restricting.
