When I try to open overwatch, a black screen comes up as per usual but it immediately crashes without any error message. I've tried reinstalling, updating drivers, scanning/repairing the game, and updating windows. Blizzard support page also keeps crashing after I submit my issue for live chat.

Is there any error code affiliated with it? Is there any information within the box? Like this

That's because your not looking in the event viewer.  Click your start button type "eventviewer" into the search bar and it should come up, open it look for the event belonging to the Overwatch crash (it should be at the top of the list if it was the last thing you did).
