Mother board CPU_FAN header

Can I plug my case fan in to the CPU_FAN header?

You can, but it's best to plug the CPU cooler into it if you only have the one header.

Is the mother board 3 or 4 pin header

My case have three fans but the mothers board only have two cha_fan headers so I need to plug one to the cpu_fan header.

What about the CPU cooler? That will need plugging in too. 

 

You can get splitter cables to allow you to connect multiple fans to a single case fan header. Though, if you have multiple CPU fan headers, it's fine to plug the cooler into one and the case fan into the other.

I will use AIO cooling.

The mother have one AIO_PUMP header,one H_AMP_FAN header.

if u have more then 1 cpu fan header then knock yr self out just edit fan curve in bios

it will work but your fans will run at full speed all the time unless you can set your CPU_FAN headers to voltage control mode in your UEFI instead of PWM mode. (some board can do that, some can't.)
