No post, Not booting..

Hello.

 

I already made topic on MSI foorum (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=279023.0), and story is the same, no post and no beeps.

So on my old mobo (MSI Z97 gaming 5) there had bent and shorted socket pins.  Bent them back somehow but still nothing. So i though that the mobo is faulty or broken so i bought new (Budget mobo B95M pro3 (around 50-60 dollars as new), but still nothing. same symtoms - No post, no boot nothing.

Both mobos had power, i mean fans are spinning. My opinion is that the cpu is dead, but i don't wanna lose hope at all, because CPU's have too high price.

CPU is i7 4770k.

tried different ram, and a different psu just to be safe?

Tried different ram slots, tried running even without any ram, even without cpu, still nothing. I mean even usb don't have power. Very weird. 

Havent't tried

*different psu (Don't have spare, but the one worked with my old setup)
