I've never had an instance where the clip was damaged nor do I know how to replace one but provided all of the pins for the slot are intact and provided you don't touch it after putting a stick of memory in it should be able to operate fine. The pins applying pressure to the RAM stick will hold it in place.

It's still usable, the clips are there to secure the RAM in place.

 

But the clip itself is likely not replaceable on the premise that you're not going to find just a clip for sale. A whole RAM slot is more likely, but replacing that would involve a mess of desoldering/soldering.
