Ok roast me if you want, but i'm running an A10-7700k in my system and the temps i'm getting according to HWMonitor during idle are 55-60 degrees, and during heavy gaming (and during a solid 30 mins of Prime95 because i wanted to get a solid read on how hot i was getting) jump up to 80-85 Degrees.

I'm using an Asetek 510LC cooler (Obscure i know, it's a 120mm AIO) with a Corsair SP120 (PWM version). The last time the thermal compound was replaced was about a year ago.

Too high of temps? Should i worry? If it's time to worry, what do you suggest?

If you need more info, let me know.

you're idling at similar temps to an intel stock cooler.

maybe see how the fan is running or add one for a push-pull

My fan is pulling air quite nicely, but to get down to around 75 degrees i have to spin the thing up to full.

It's because of your APU, I have one and the temps are always a bit messed up. Someone explained it to me a while back but I've forgotten most of it, but basically the temps in monitoring software are generated by and algorithm and not by an actual sensor. Take mine for example, 7870k and 40°C in the BIOS, but high 40's I hwmoniter and everywhere else. Don't worry too much about it unless your computer shuts down because it gets too hot.

EDIT: here's an article which explains it in more detail and less rambily than me http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-2122665/understanding-temperature-amd-cpus-apus.html.

Well, actually, my first suspicion that these temps may be too high is because my computer would, during an hour or 2 of heavier gaming, lock up and my only option was a hard reset with the reset button on my case.

I thought it was an operating system issue at first, but after this happened a few times i felt my radiator and it was super hot. Which is why i'm here now

Nope

-When was the last time you cleaned the radiator?

It looks fine, but it's been about a month

I'm assuming you mean all the case fans, and in that case yes, plenty of room
