Android auto-switch strongest WiFi AP

In our house, we have one broadband router on the second floor and a repeater on the ground floor. What app will allow me to auto-connect to the stronger one whenever I am in the house? Tried the most popular ones in the Play Store but nothing seems to work.

Android won't disconnect from the current connected network until the signal is at 0.

I doubt would will get it working, especially as it is a repeater.

They may be a program somewhere which monitors the strengths and then change it for you but i don't know.

Spoiler

Because of this, access point which have seamless handoff do it through themselves handing the device from ap to ap.

For example cisco aps do and they have their control server to do that, i think.

Even smb/prosumer Ubiquiti aps don't have it/very limited.
