Windows 8.1 explorer.exe bug?

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it. Occasionally explorer just glitches out and it's almost impossible to use.

Problems I've had: Start button disappearing, taskbar icons changing to random icons, clock stopping, Charms bar is just blue and no icons on the start page.

My temp fix is I have to go into task manager and reset it.

I never had these problems with Windows 8 :S

3700x, Asus B450i, 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB, Gigabyte GTX 970 ITX,  Dan A4-SFX, SX600-G, 120mm AIO.

I had at least one of those problems on windows 8  :P Guess which one  ;)
