Projector for Gaming.

So im aiming to pick up a projector, aside from spanking new ones i was also considering used ones and found 4 so far that on paper seems appealing but i have my doubts.

For the used ones i found:
BenQ W1500 for 800
BenQ W6000 for 700

BenQ TH681 for 450 < cheapo option

Epson TH-TW5900 for 700

all four comes with a screen of some sort, not that im in a need of one.

 

As for new ones i dont know really, the BenQ W2000/1070+/1090 and Acer Predator z650 seems promising but not sure regarding gaming.

Then again i know very little whats important on a Projector, higher contrast and higher lumen seems important for overall image quality and a long lifespan on the lamp, the rest i have no clue about.

Any tips and/or suggestion would be great, as well as why.

Budget around ~1000$
Room is not dark so high lumen is probably a must...not sure how high though. 
As low latency as possible, im not going to play counter strike on it but i do want to pull off those tight combos in a fighting game.
