Help with this windows problem

Might want to state in text what your problem is. Not many want to download your 3 second video that just shows your monitor, with no exposition.

 

Assuming you're referring to the black shit on your monitor. Something visual like that tells me it's either a monitor issue or graphics issue. Clean install graphics drivers? check for windows updates? check for motherboard driver updates?
