random wake up while computer is sleep?

for some reason on both my laptop and desktop, they will wake up randomly when in sleep mode. I have checked the event finder and the only 2 errors are a event ID 137, some problem with sleep state s4, and a power_troubleshooter issue that has and unknown source. It is not ethernet, becuz I have disabled the ethernet feature that wakes the computer up and laptop is wifi. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Maybe your network adapter is waking it up
