I assumed the total budget is 900$ so i changed the cpu for less cost and equal performance and squeezed a  gtx 1070 which is better than the overpriced RX480 and 5% less powerfull sorry... the GTX 1060 and Better PSU than those trash silverstone. those are the higthlight's. ps: you can live withtout 1 fan right? is not a big deal.
