Hiya all,

 

Another update on my issues with my new H440 Hyper Beast Case. As some may remember from posts previous, i had scratched paint on the case out of the box. When they send me the new panel, it was the wrong version of the top panel and took over a month to get the new one. (Even though i was told they were going to overnight it) I put the pc together a few days ago after getting the last of my parts and correct top panel. After powering on the New pc the NZXT logo's led (on the psu shroud) burnt out and dont work. I have connected NZXT again and haven't heard anything in a day1/2. (With earlier interactions it took them generally 2 or less hrs to respond something) Looks like im going to have to take a day off work to call there warehouse to get some resolution.

 

Needless to say i am beyond disappointed with NZXT. I spent a premium price on a Limited Edition case to have nothing but problems. Hopefully the Kraken x62 and Hue unit dont cause me problems too.

Well products have defects sometimes, I doubt the x62 and hue will have any problems..

 

If nzxt doesn't do anything take it to social media and they will give in

Damn dude that sucks, I'd of thought that NZXT would have been more willing to help. The only issues I've had with my Hue+ so far is that sometimes CAM won't display the menu to change the configuration of the LEDs so they'd just stay white. Other than that I haven't had an issue.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I have an NZXT Phantom, and the power LED indicator burnt out. I contacted them, they express shipped me a replacement. I actually received it before the guy sent the email stating they were sending it. So instead of just a replacement LED, I received the full harness. Was very nice of them. I also had a fan bearing go. They express shipped me 2 fans since they only had blue LED instead of green instock. So I swapped the LED's and everything has been fine.

 

My experience has been great, as have others. That's why I've chose to stick with them for cases. Not sure why you're having issues, but I would give it some time. My responses took more than a day initially. So I'd say be a little patient first (with regards to the light).

 

As for the case, I'd be pretty aggravated too. Not sure why you're having such issues.
