Okay, no clue how to fix this

Installed this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23890/?

i didn't like it, i removed it.. and now i can't kill a vampire.. none of the vampires of skyrim are kill able

i go on commands in skyrim type kill/stop combat nothing is helping me.. now vampires are unstoppable !

keep in mind, i removed mod and this is still on going..

Than reinstall it and try uninstalling it correctly?

From the mod page under uninstall section.

[Uninstall]
Delete everything you installed from the zip.

- Immortal -

Toggle Immortality off in the MCM before uninstalling. Don't uninstall with an immortal vampire active in a cell.

Saving this for future use, as a example on why it's important to always RTFM.
