my understanding is that mechanical keyboards are primarily marketed towards gaming, where because of the mechanical switch the input lag is very very low. Wireless connectivity introduces input lag.

 

The keyboard you linked has Bluetooth connectivity, and although it only lists macOS and OSX as supported (which I think is BS) it should connect to any Bluetooth equipped PC. But don't quote me on that.
