I need suggestion on what PSU should I get for this low-budget RIG.

it will power a i5-3300 and strix 1050ti.

see the link below please

is corsair vs450 will do fine?

Go for the SeaSonic, XFX, Super Flower or EVGA brand if you plan to get a 400/500 Watt PSU. the CS,CX and VS series from Corsair aren't that reliable because of the bad transistors and capacitors.

In terms of wattage it'll do fine, you could, however, spend a little more for a decent ~500w psu so you can put in a powerfull gpu later down the line if you want to. Also people lament that the vs series is low quality... I dont think itll have any problems providing the ~200w you need though.

Not VS please. That PSU is meant for office systems, NOT gaming.

Get a CX/M (Make sure it's a Grey label, not a Green one), S12II or similar.

thanks,i might search for a S12II

What? I agree that CX/M green sucks, but the new CXM units are tier 3, superior to any low end PSU EVGA offers.

idk

Really? I'm a bit out of the game when it comes the lower Wattage PSU's these days. I knew that the CX/M were bad in the past but I didn't know they've improved the quality of the new ones. Thank you for telling me! I'll need to look up the new generation of low wattage PSU's more.

EVGA has a lot more shocking (and ones similar to quality to the Corsair CX) PSUs than Corsair, so just please don't.

(EVGA has: Not certified, Certified, B-Series, BQ, NEX-B(B1), NEX-G(G1)

Corsair has: VS, selected CX models)

Anything from the Corsair CX line would be fine for the OPs computer, and the CX 400, CX450/550/650M and CX750/850(M) are all good.

Corsair CS is quite good, not fucking amazing, but still quite good. Much better than EVGAs budget 80plus gold garbage called the NEX-G.

VS is simply bad.

The EVGA B Series are good. Maybe not perfect but they are very similar to the new Corsair CX/M series. As @Droidbot already mentioned, I didn't know that Corsair has improved the quality of their CX/M Series PSU's. If I would suggest a PSU between 400-600 Watts I would still recommend the EVGA PSU and also the Corsair CX/M series.
