search and buy a used Thinkpad from ebay with a 940m.

There's really no option for me to buy used as i live in the Philippines and it's hard to find anything

Any laptop woth dedicated gpu start at around $550 new/refurbed at newegg where I check, and trust me even a simple game like CS GO will struggle with integrated gpu from the cpu. even my desktop i5 4460 with no gpu can hardly do anything not to mention that laptop
