Is this a good deal?

So I've been looking for a new laptop under $600 for a while. It is going to be used for college, video editing and light gaming. I just came across this deal, it's a Lenovo IdeaPad 700, core i5 6300HQ, 12GB RAM, GTX 950M 4GB, 1080p. So my question is if this is a good deal? Could I find something better for under $600? And shat kind of gaming can i expect from it? My current laptop is i7 4710HQ and GTX 970M Thank you for your comments.

 

Edit: deleted eBay link since I think it's against forum rules, but it's on Sale at the Adorama eBay front. It says original price $899.99 and it's down to $549.99.

Yeah but I'm selling it because I need something lighter to carry around every day, I got an Asus ROG G751JT.

That could be an option, though I hate buying used, maybe if I get new open box or something, but would have to get really lucky.

So I just found out HP is having a sale, for $675 do you think this is worth it?
