Is this considered advertising?

So i wanted to ask for help in choosing parts for PC. 

I'm traveling soon and there is a store which have online shopping site to show off parts and price. 

Because some of the parts that i want from there are not in pcpartpicker i wanted to ask this

 

Am I allowed to link parts from that site, which have all info about parts and price, or is that considered advertising?

I do not work for them, its just random shop that happens to be nearby to place where i'm traveling. Its called "alternate"

Yeah but people will respond with parts that this shop does not have. And for most of this parts pcpartpicker does not have price. Thats is why i am asking

you can just write the deal yourself, but usually trade websites like ebay, mercado libre, OLX and such arent allowed to prevent scams. Brand new stuff shops are ok
