I'm looking to get an MG279Q soon and I was wondering about backlight bleed and if anyone could give me any advice/pointers and has anyone had any problems with this monitor or can recommend maybe an equivalent VG panel monitor? Also, is the MG279Q really as good as it looks and would a GTX 1060 6gb be able to run games on it at around 100fps 1440p medium/ high with a second 1080p monitor just for having stuff like discord or a browser open?

Thanks

I have one and back light bleed is extremely minimal, pretty much the issues it had at launch are fixed from reviews patterns I've seen. A 1060 6GB can probably do that at medium but it really depends on the game in my experience, especially with newer games.
