HDD and bitrate

I have a WD black 2TB and I save there my Nvidia recordings 
my qustion is if i put 130 bit rate will the hdd bottleneck it?

Maybe your HDD is old and dying, or your CPU is struggling.

Run crystaldiskinfo to see your HDD health and crystaldiskmark to see your hdd speeds.

Looks fine, check the speed with crystaldiskmark.

I think you might need an SSD...

i have one problem is its only 250 and win plus drivers and some sofware takes up to 130GB and im left with 100 barley and i record a lot of stuff so i can creat gifs and Six siege youtube videos and every 5 mins of recording is 6GB

Are you recording at 4k or something?

Just record at 50Mbps instead of 130...

Then try recording to the SSD, and when you're done recording move the footage to the hard drive.

nope 1080P thats shadow play for you  
hope AMDs new card line will suit my needs and i can try thier software

I use shadowplay and record at 1080 and the quality is set to 50Mbps........

Do you know how to use the settings??

im not stupid man try recording 1080P with 130 bit rate every minute is 1 gig 
1080p with 50 bit rate is barley 2gb for 5 mins

At 50Mbps every minute is 375MB, not even half a gig.

Just record to your SSD, them move it to your HDD when you're done... simple.
