I don't really get what you're saying. Could you rephrase it for me?

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

Cmiiw, i5 is more than enough for gaming, you will not see major improvement in fps in most of the games out there. Its around 5 +/- fps max difference which will not be that noticeable, but it will help in cpu intensive games such as MMORPG, CSGO etc.

You arent going to notice any difference if you are going to play in 1600x900p lol

If you spend so much money on this combo, but will keep using an old monitor... I just dont get it, it is like buy the best tv full hd signal and play it on an old 480p tv.

You will see benefit on the new rig, but for that you need a proper display.

Also to the previous comments, he said he bought it not that he is going to buy, repeat one after the other that he only needs an i5 is useless at this point.
