I have been experiencing wrist pain on the underside of my mouse hand. It is getting pretty bad. I only game for about an hour a day and do not use the computer much the rest of the day. I have tried changing my desk height, seat height, taking a break for a few days, doing stretches, using mouse wrist rests, using a wrist brace, using a chair with arm rests on and off, and holding the mouse differently. The mouse I am using is a razer deathadder chroma. I am pretty concerned about this as I love PC gaming, but will have to go back to console if this continues. I have been playing for about 6 months on PC. Any suggestions?

Is it the joint or rubbing? When I used to play MGE in TF2 for hours a day, which requires lots of wrist snap movements, the underside of my wrist got chafed. That part of my hand has a low callous on it now, which I doubt is healthy, but if it is chafing then take breaks when it gets bad and go back when it feels better.

If if the problem is your actual wrist you may was to stretch it like the video @Aytex posted. Also you can grab your hand and pry up and then down, while keeping your arm in the same space. You should feel a stretch in your forearm.

Welcome to Maryland.

Who plays 12 hours a day,  my gosh. Well I used to know someone who legit would play 24 hours a day on weekends,  but still I've actually been playing less. Anyway,  have you changed hand positions,  does your wrist have any support?

Why not get an ergonomic mouse?

People are affected by RSI differently. Some people don't get it at all whilst for others, it's a serious problem.

The mouse you're using is ambidextrous, ambidextrous mice are notorious for their poor ergonomics. I have a G602 at home, which has a noticeable slant to it to allow your hand to rest more vertically, 60-70 degrees from the desk is the optimal angle for me. When I worked, I had an ambidextrous mouse and it was horrible, it forced my hand pretty much flat which caused RSI. Getting a vertical mouse solved this. Vertical mice are usually cheap so get a cheap one to start off with then if you don't like it it wasn't a massive waste of money.
