So been looking for a 980 ti for a while now (month ish) and lots of people say EVGA are the best, the problem is this tends to vary on UK or US.

Heard stories about other card makers too but as again, depends on US/UK

So here i am asking for short stories on UK only, about your RMA`s, whether they went well or bad and what product you had to rma?

Not an RMA, but I did check with EVGA on my warranty to see how much I would be covered when painting the cooler on my Titan Blacks. Their response was basically that the card is still covered, but I'd have to pay for the price of a stock cooler. Installing waterblocks is also completely covered by EVGA's warranty, not many companies do that.

Now, for actual RMAs, I have RMAd my Corsair H100i two times due to the LEDs failing. Each time there were no additional questions, you just submit the request, send the item back to them and then they send you a new one. Process took less than a week each time.

I also tried to RMA an Acer monitor because it became discoloured on one side of the screen. After trying to explain the issue to someone who could barely speak English, I ended up giving up and just buying a new monitor. Absolutely terrible experience with Acer's RMA service.
