Do you have a normal reboot button?

If you have, hold shift while pressing the reboot button, it should force it into advanced reboot that way.

Ok, plan B :P

There is a very small gap between the motherboard done POSTing and W10 starting to boot. You have to tab F8 like a maniac trying to get the key input in that gap.

Might take a few tries btw, but maybe that's an option?

I dont know if i can help but maybe you deleted a system reserved partition wich containe those boot option ? did you try to use a boot cd of windows 10 ?
