Need advice

Hi, i need some advice.  for a few years now i have been running a Windows Server 2012 R2 Server at my home and i setup a domain and sense i have been living with it the server has become a daily part of my life in terms of setting up my computers and a bunch of other things.  it runs my DHCP, DNC, WDS, Active Domain, etc.  i know i wont beable to keep the server for ever even though i would love to i know i wont beable to and i need some advice in terms of what would i need to do if i had to switch to a workgroup again?  i need to find another solution for lots of things on my server.  DHCP, DNS, already have a backup solution for my Deployment and i would just use Fog Server as my replacement as it is the next best thing to WDS and MDT.  i can use an old computer for my DHCP and DNS thats not really a problem.  any advice for in the future when this happens?
