I was wondering how i would use moonlight when my laptop doesn't have a gtx graphics card. I tried downloading GeForce experience but it didn't let me download it since i have no nvidia card. And moonlight requires GeForce experience for it to work.

download some packages to trick moonlight into thinking u have geforce experience

you can't or if you force it you won't have good experiences.

Does it have dedicated graphics at all?

And you could try remote desktop, but probably not worth it at all.
