Nvidia hardware linked to game codes

Hiya, after reading a online article and watching the WAN show last night I wanted to asks the LTT Community what they think about Nvidia linking GPU, and game codes.

 

Does this make you effect how you buy a nvidia Gpu if you see a bundle with a game you already own? 

Or does it make you wait to get s game if it's on a bundle deal? 

 What do you think? 

I am just curious.

Doesn't make sense to switch to team red either. I would not care tbh.

Both sides, AMD and Nvidia will offer bundles with their gpus on occasion.

I don't honestly think I've ever even seen/heard of someone basing their purchase off of "well, but this one comes with this game." it's always about either "oh its EVGA" or "oh, this has a better cooler/performance"

That's why I bought my current Motherboard, and my first SSD :/...

 

I honestly don't see the issue with this. This is mostly to stop people from selling their codes I guess.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

I really dont care about the free games they give away. id rather not have a "free" game and have them focus the resources spent on reducing price an improving drivers
