Good morning,

 

I am looking to get an external Blu Ray Drive, does not have to be a burner, just capable of playing them. Please leave me your recommendations for these. 75$ is the budget. May be able to flex a little. Reason I am looking at getting one is I have the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX case and it does not have internal support.

Honestly?  Any BD-ROM drive.  An optical drive isn't exactly a piece of hardware that can only be optimal with the best designs.  Any BD-ROM drive will suit your needs.  So get which ever fits your budget.
