dont get a budget gpu like the gt830 you are better off just using the integrated graphics

also i don't even think a gt 830 desktop graphics card even exists. the 800 series of nvidia i believe only came out for laptops.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cNw3d6 here is a really good build for around 600. this is just the pc itself and you would have to get an os. you could get a copy of windows 10 key from kinguin for pretty cheap if you have to.
