CPU: i5 750 stock @ 2.6 oc @ 3.8

GAME - SKYRIM

So my CPU is fine I guess because when I was at 2.6 Ghz I notice the game being kinda slow but not laggy, my character moved slower than usual and when I clocked the CPU to 3.8 made the game go too fast, faster than normal. I want to be able to do the same thing with my GPU like make the FPS go higher. I would of thought have two GPUs would make games run better but I guess I'm wrong. I even had to disable crossfire for skyrim because with crossfire enabled it was super laggy. The tool I'm using to OC both the GPU is the AMD catalyst program that has Overdrive built in it. I've bumped it up to the highest settings but it only led to my PC crashing. So I increase the memory and clock little by little just till just before the crash point. I load the game up every time I made changes but I didn't see any improvement of FPS.
