CPU ALWAYS at 99% usage?

Hi, my CPU a core 2 duo e4400 2.0Ghz (runs at 2.50Ghz for some reason)

is ALWAYS at 99% load

 

 

how do i fix this?

Seems like a virus.. Try scanning for virus and everything.
