Hey guys, Im looking at my H440 hyperbeast case thinking about building a custom loop and it just doesnt look like there is space for everything, my 1080 barely squeezed in.    Has anyone here had any experience with this and could you recommend how I should arrange it all.  Id really prefer not to have to cut the case apart.   TIA

This might be a silly question but if i do that where would i put my hard drives?   I have 2 regular HDDs and 3 SSDs, 2 of them on the sleds up front obviously.

2 of the SSDs can go on the PSU shroud and the other SSD can just be left where-ever however since you have 2 HDDs, I don't think there's any where other than the front sleds to mount em... :/

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

I planned to add the 1080 to the loop at a later date so it doesnt hit the bank quite as hard compared to getting it all in one purchase lol. I had no idea when i bought the case but i just found out that it has space for one HDD on the bottom underneath the cages.   I can probably make do with one massive HD there and taping one of the SSDs under the PSU cover.    I think thats what i will have to do

Alrighty, you can build a loop easily... without cutting your case apart, here is how I've arranged my loop.

(And before you say it, yes my computer has been neglected recently, it needs a good clean out and general maintenance when my work allows for it.)

Spoiler

So the above pic is what I can see through the perspex window. (Bonus points if you can see what is seriously troubling in this picture, hint, its to do with a heat sink)

As evident this is the Res / Pump, both are mounted on to the wall that should allow the hard drive cages to be stored. This is done using a bodge job but it's worked for just north of a year with no signs of kicking the bucket yet. (If you want detailed information on how I've mounted the pump / res just ask, but be warned, it really is a bodge job)

And now you can see where I've resorted to hiding my Hdd's. A second Hdd is directly under the pump. Cable management is a nightmare, but it's out of sight so it's not too bad, I've taken the mindset of "sweep it under the carpet and everything is golden" . If you are willing to spend some time, and money, you could make this a much better job than what I've got, but this works flawlessly for my needs.
