iam not a frequent photo clicker and i also wanted to know is it good product to use?

Depends on what you do, lots of USB ports at the front is always nice, and a card reader only seems like a waste till you need it and you don't have one.

i have a card reader in my laptop but it his very slow in transfer speed

You will be better off getting a USB 3.0 card reader then, it can be moved between devices, although its annoying when you lose it.

Depends on your needs, If you read lots of memory cards then yes, otherwise, buy a cheap USB 3.0 SD card reader.

Check the enermax site, if you buy off amazon it can be returned to them if it fails
