Well, he actually asked whether the 1060 bottlenecks the i5 CPU, not the other way 'round. Seeing as the GPU will run @99% in a vast majority of games with that i5, the true answer is yes.

 

Although if OP meant that whether the 1060 is a good match for the i5, then yes, it's a well-balanced combo.

Most games are GPU intensive, not CPU, that is normal.
