Don't waste your money, AM4 APUs will be launching soon if you're looking at making an entry level gaming PC

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Only trying to build one for CSGO Good or bad?

You could maybe do that with current gen APU stuff

but it's an infinitely better idea just to wait for AM4

looking at intel's iGPU latest you get a ton of fps drops at 1080p low settings

It's not worth wasting your money on that system, the main issue is going to be the power supply powering a decent GPU, and the possibly locked down proprietary connectors on the motherboard

It's socket LGA775 even

It's not decent at all if you're going to have to live without a GPU, you're best off waiting for AM4 APU stuff like I said, comes out in like a month

You'd only want an OEM system like that if you can inspect everything on it and see how the PSU connects to the motherboard

Otherwise maybe AM1, the CPU is nothing special at all, it should be super cheaper if you have a micro center Jayz got it bundled with the motherboard, but it would do fine at CS:GO, just live without a case, use the shipping box as the case

Make sure to buy this XFX 460 that comes with a 6 pin connector

I just tried CS:GO with my i5-6600K (Intel HD 530) 1080p High settings no AA

Played at 60-75. it's pretty good.

What's your RAM speed

could go the intel iGPU route, but it's not really going to run much of anything, at least the AM1 + RX 460 system can run most games above 30fps anyways
