Wont wake from sleep

Well, this is my last resort after searching Google for a while and trying everything I could think of. My PC has recently not been waking from sleep mode. When I try and wake by mouse, keyboard, or power button the computer comes back on but with the monitors blank and USB off except for the mouse. It runs through a few QCodes before falling on 03 (which I believe is "System Agent initialization before microcode loading") and has a red LED next to the power cable. It then loops with Q Codes until I turn it off.

 

I havent installed anything new except water cooling. No driver updates or software changes.

 

Any ideas?

Too much sleeping pills and thus your PC not able to wake up after sleep. Either that or maybe something to do with your PSU? Sorry, cannot be of any help here.

No problem. Bump with some info. I checked bios for power management and ran through all the power settings in Windows and no change.
