Key-less Windows 10

I know that you can still download Windows 10 without an activation key.  Without this key, what features are nixed from Windows 10?

Change background is the major one. A watermark at the bottom of the screen.

Can't change personalization settings like background and there is a watermark on the bottom right corner.

Both of these can be fixed in 2 mins with a quick google search.
