Just built my first PC and everything works great.  So I have an MSI M9 ACK motherboard and originally hooked up the wireless because I forgot to buy a Ethernet cable(I know I am stupid), Set up all my software and got everything working.  I was too lazy to go and buy a Ethernet cable and since I do not game on my PS4 that much anymore I just took the Ethernet cable from that and plugged it in, and I am not receiving any download or upload through Ethernet connection.  Went into the setting and found that the Ethernet only will "work" when TunnelBear's application is running.  First Question how can I have this feature turn off so I can use my PC without TunnelBear running.  And second nothing is downloading.  I reconnected the Ethernet cable to my PS4 and that had no problem connecting to the Internet.  But when I take that same cable that is attached to the same router, no data is downloaded or uploaded. Can someone tell me what is going on?
