Website crashes chromebook

My friend found a website that crashes the school supplied chromebooks. I did some research and can't find anyone reporting this but I have seen it happen. I am a bit afraid to share the URL because I don't know how it works or what it can do but it is hands.wtf. Please do not visit the site. Google the domain instead.

it doesn't crash right away. It seems to do it after a certain amount of time.

idk. I was trying to see and it seems to need to be open for about a half hour. I will ask the person who found it. I am also looking at the website source to find what is crashing it.
