Silverstone GD09 Optimal airflow?

I have a Silverstone GD09 that I'm using as a case for my home theater pc and I'm trying to get it to run as quiet as possible. I turned down the fan speed on the gpu and under stress testing it caps out at 85 degrees is this a safe operating temp? Also I'm currently running 2x120mm intake fans and was curious if adding an exhaust fan would help with temps a bit but was afraid of bending the cables on the power supply too sharply and possibly causing damage. Which flipping the power supply over would fix but then I think it would reduce the point of introducing an exhaust fan by expelling more hot air into the case.  IMG_20170130_194807 (1).jpg

Which GPU? 85C is ok under stress, normal operating temps will be lower anyway. It would help if you posted wider angle pic to get some idea how your current setup is. From just Silverstones pics, I would say adding fan as intake would help. Doesn't seem like cables are blocking too much.
