Hey all! Thinking of downsizing my rig from a define s to a node 202.

Seems nice. I see no issue. Check if stock cooler is low enough to fit in and that could save some money

 

It has been kinda confirmed by PSU masters that a Node 202 PSU is not crap

The stock will fit but figured I'd want something that is quieter. Unless the stock cooler is better than I remember?

You can find a good Noctua L9i that performs very well for passive cooling.

Intel stock cooler is at the bottom of the chart. Cryorig is quiter

The preinstalled PSU in the Node 202 is bad, I would highly recommend you get another PSU, the Corsair SF450 is very good.

Didn't that spoiler there. I could keep the games I didn't play much on an external 1tb and kept the few I play normally on the SSD.

Are we talking about the Node 202 integrated PSU? Lol that thing is pretty crap. I'd get a Corsair SF and not worry about it.

It isn't an integra M, it is an "Integra SFX" and there is lots of cases of it arriving DOA or dying and killing a computer
