New Router

Hey Fellow Linus Tech Tip users, 

 

I need to but a new router for my home that has quiet a few things running off of it. 

 

Devices: 3 Phones, 1 smart tv, 2 fire sticks, 1 amazon tv, 3 laptops, 1 Gaming Pc, 1 Xbox etc 

 

The Download speeds 21 mbps 

the upload is around 5 - 6 mbps

What would be wired and what would be wireless?

the money would be much better spent getting a ips with around 100mbs

The only wired ones are the smart tv and the gaming pc, but the gaming  pc is using a powerline adapter so i dont know if that affects anything.

What is it that you're wanting from the new router? What issues are you having with your current one?

 

Also, what is your budget?

Hey sorry I have been busy for a coupe of days but right now on all of the devices anytime any of them are on. Even if it is just one of them they all start to buffer, and downloads take up to 6 hours.
