So I started doing some streaming and I noticed that in the video after that lots of times my voice audio was too low or game to high. But both files are  1 audio file so I can't change it... I tried recording my voice in audacity but this only works if I don't let audio go to xsplit or it would double up... but then I can't sync it. Any way to split the 2 audio types but still be able to sync them? Or am I better off to just learn to adjust my volume betteR:p

You're probably going to want 2 microphones, one for in game voice chat/discord, and the other just for xsplit/OBS, should totally use OBS studio though

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

OBS is just free and open source, you don't need to pay to get access to certain features

If you edit your videos after you should really have a 2nd audio source from a decent USB mic

If you are using Xsplit then I'm not to familiar with it, however with most recording and streaming software they have a setting either in their menu or in the windows mixer which should allow you to adjust the input from either source. If not their are some 3rd party mixer which may be able to help. In general though it is better to split up your audio so that you can edit and balance them easier.

Sorry I can't be much more of a help.
