Blue 80mm fan?

Looking to replace the current fan on my cpu cooler since its making a vibrating noise. My problem is that im having troubles finding a cheap blue 80mm fan. I don't really want something with leds, and I dont want to spend alot since my cooler cost me $15. Thanks in advance.

I was hoping to go for a blue theme in my PC. The only 2 fans I could find were these-

But I feel like for that price I should just invest in a better cooler instead.

that was kinda my thought when i found that the only blue fans i could find were 120 or 140.

Any suggestions on a cheapy cooler? Needs to fit in the Air 240 so no taller than 120mm I believe.
