Phone Connection Problems

Hello everyone i am having troubles with my phone i had a bunch of music saved on my phone that i wanted to upload to my main computer for general us when i plugged it via usb to my computer nothing happend i looked in device manager and saw it was marked as a unknown device so i try to look for drivers and it prompted me with the image bellow i tryed switching the file transfer from my phone form general media to just pictures and that worked i tried switching it back to general media and it showed up as unknown again what do i do?

Maybe that's why ur phone won't connect to ur pic cuz ur using some random phone from amazon.

call the company and ask for help.

Just fixed the problem had the manually install the MTP USB Device driver through device manger dont know why it wast targeting this device Driver but was targeting another one that was incompatible

I had to do that with my One Plus One recently, set it as a Portable Device when manually installing the drivers
